Over 700,000 illegal cigs seized in north Dublin city

Around 713,000 illegal cigarettes were seized by customs officers at a premises in Dublin's north inner city today.

The seizure represents a potential loss of over €253,000 to the exchequer.

A man in his 50s is being questioned in connection with the discovery.
