Man in court in connection with 2011 Cabra hit-and-run

A 31-year-old man has appeared in court charged in connection with a hit-and-run in Cabra a year ago.

Ruadhan Treacy from Lagore Green in Dunshaughlin is accused of injuring 14-year-old Conor Hickey, who later died in hospital. He was knocked down at Faussagh Road in Cabra in December 2011.

Ruadhan Treacy appeared at Dublin District Court today charged with failing to keep a vehicle at the scene of an accident, and driving with no insurance or license.
