Shots fired at Longford house

Gardaí are investigating an incident in which shots were fired at a house in Longford town last night.

Two shots were fired at the property on the Dublin road at around 11.30pm.

A woman in her 30s was inside at the time. She was not injured in the incident.

There have been no arrests to date. The investigation is continuing.
