National Heritage Week gets underway

Today marks the beginning of National Heritage Week.

Around 1,500 events will take place across the country and this year's focus is on promoting our wonderful built heritage

Thousands of Irish people enjoy National Heritage Week every year and it's also viewed as an ideal opportunity to engage with tourists.
