Kenny to attend British-Irish Council talks in Scotland

Scottish First Minister Alex Salmond, Scottish Secretary Michael Moore and Taoiseach Enda Kenny will join representatives from Wales, the North, the Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey at a meeting of the British-Irish Council.
The Taoiseach will discuss economic developments here and there will also be a discussion on challenges like youth unemployment.
Mr Kenny is also expected to take part in a detailed discussion on opportunities around marine energy, one of the key work streams being progressed under the BIC.
Later, the Taoiseach will have a separate meeting with First Minister Salmond on relations between Ireland and Scotland.
