IMF: Spain reforms almost complete

The IMF says Spain's reforms under its financial-support programme are almost complete.

In its latest monitoring report, the group says clean-up of the country's weakest banks is now at an "advanced stage".

However, the IMF says Spain must remain vigilant because of the continued risk to Madrid's financial sector and wider economy.
