Yahoo! confirms overhaul plans

Yahoo! Plans to overhaul its search engine after reporting strong results.

The company had revenues of just over a billion (1,007 million) euro in the fourth quarter of its financial year - up 2 per cent on the same time a year before.

The results covered the company's first full quarter under chief executive Marissa Mayer, who was lured away from Google in July.
