Irish Life & Permanent appoints new director

Pat Ryan is to be appointed to the Irish Life & Permanent board as a non-executive director, it was announced today.
The appointment will take effect from the next board meeting of the group scheduled for December 15.
Mr Ryan, an actuary, is a former group treasurer and chief risk officer with AIB Bank. He retired from AIB Group in 2002.
