Junior doctors warn of further strike action

Non-consultant hospital doctors are to due stage 24 hours of industrial action, in protest over what they describe as "dangerously" long work days.
According to the Irish Medical Organisation, 85% of NCHDs routinely work shifts of over 24 hours at a time.
Industrial action is planned for tomorrow, however the IMO says it can be avoided if the health authority promises to cut working hours.
The HSE claims 15,000 patients will be affected by the strike and are appealing to the IMO to return to the Labour Relations Commission for talks.
IMO spokesperson Eric Young, said it is not a decision they've made lightly, but they are determined to continue until they're satisfied.
