MEPs aim to end roaming charges in two years

The European Parliament heard that excessive roaming charges and a lack of 4G is hurting competition.
MEPs want the EU to invest in fast broadband so that, in 2020, all EU households have connections delivering at least 100 megabits per second.
The average broadband speed in Ireland is 6.6Mbps, according to a study released earlier this year.
