Met Éireann issues weather alert

Met Éireann has issued a weather alert for tomorrow.

Up to 40 millimetres of rain is expected - and the rain may be preceded by falls of snow- especially over the midlands, north and northwest.

Southeast gales or strong gales will spread to all Irish Coastal Waters and the Irish Sea during the day.
