Daft.ie launches Local Property Tax calculator

Daft.ie has launched its own Local Property Tax calculator.

The function on the property website allows users to input more information regarding their property than the Government's own Revenue.ie calculator.

The number of bedrooms and bathrooms and a property's type can be entered to provide an alternative tool for home owners estimating the market value of their properties.

Daft.ie Economist, Ronan Lyons said that homeowners will get a more accurate estimate by using their website, however, he warned that it should only be used as an indicator.
