Cavan ghost estate sold for €210k

A ghost estate in Co Cavan has sold for €210,000 at a distressed property auction in Dublin.

The development in Cavan town consists of five completed houses - four unfinished - and planning for a further 52.

The lot is among over 150 sites going under the hammer today - including two Co Clare hotels and a former Co Galway convent.
