Apple hit by security breach

Apple has said it has been hit by a widespread security breach by the same hackers who targeted Facebook.

The company said that no data appears to have been stolen during attacks on staff MAC computers, but it is issuing a software update later to protect customers.

Last week, Facebook revealed Chinese hackers had managed to infiltrate its employees' laptops.
