Off duty garda stabbed in Dublin

It has emerged tonight that an off duty garda was stabbed in an incident in Dublin in the early hours of Sunday morning.

The Garda suffered minor injuries and was taken to the Mater hospital and later discharged.

No one has yet been arrested in connection with the incident.
