Aoife Quinn faces second day of cross-examination
on 25/01/2013 13:16:42
The daughter of the bankrupt businessman is being cross-examined for a second day in the Commercial Court.
Aoife Quinn's four siblings have yet to give evidence along with her husband Stephen Kelly, and her two in-laws, Niall McPartland and Karen Woods.
The bank is trying to establish whether the Quinns have fully disclosed all relevant information relating to their assets and accounts.
Aoife Quinn insists not a cent went into four bank accounts she set up in Dubai after orders were put in place in summer 2011 stopping the Quinns from moving assets in their international property group beyond IBRC's reach.
She admitted that she made business trips to Dubai, with IBRC challenging her claim that documents relating to these visits were not relevant enough to warrant being handed over to the bank.
She has also claimed the bank has access to the records of Quinn company Finanstroy and disputes the receiver's contention that the computer server there had been deliberately smashed, saying another version of events suggested the server had been removed.
