Developing nations may struggle to grow, warns World Bank

The World Bank says developing nations are in in a fragile economic recovery, but could get knocked off track by problems in rich countries.

In a new report, the bank projects that the global economy will grow at about the same pace in 2013 as it did last year, but that growth will pick up slightly in the developing world.

However the report said developing countries could suffer fallout from problems in Europe or the United States and World Bank president Jim Yong Kim is urging investments that will make developing nations less dependent on growth in rich countries.
