Gardaí arrest man as woman dies in Dublin traffic accident

The victim, aged in her 50s, was struck along with a male pedestrian on Abbey Street Upper shortly before 1pm.
It is believed the man suffered leg injuries which are not life-threatening.
The driver of the car - a small grey Hyundai - was arrested at the scene.
The man, aged in his 30s, is being held under the Road Traffic Act at Store Street Garda station.
Luas services into the city centre have been disrupted.
Both pedestrians were taken to the Mater Hospital, where the woman was later pronounced dead.
A Garda spokesman said: "The area is sealed off and the road is closed to facilitate a forensic collision investigation of the scene."
The area is expected to be closed to traffic for three to four hours.
Investigators have appealed for witnesses to contact them.
