M1 motorway fully re-opens after crash

The M1 motorway has fully reopened after a multi-vehicle crash earlier.

AA Roadwatch says heavy delays southbound approaching Junction 1 are now starting to ease.

Diversions at Junction 4 have now been lifted, but motorists are still being advised to allow extra time for their journeys.
