Funeral of Shannon Gallagher takes place

The funeral of Shannon Gallagher from Ballybofey in County Donegal has taken place this afternoon.

The 15-year-old took her own life on Wednesday, less then six weeks after her 13-year-old sister Erin, who also died by suicide.

The Mayor of Donegal has called for a national campaign to tackle the issue of suicide in light of both tragedies.
