Harrods launch festive season in fairy tale style

Christmas has been launched in fairy tale style in London tonight as Harrods unveiled its festive lights with a Disney-themed display.

Cinderella and her Fairy Godmother arrived in a horse-drawn carriage.

As the lights went on - colourful fireworks shot from the department store's roof and exploded into the night sky.

Earlier in the day, 10 window displays inspired by Disney Princess dresses went up.
