Woman found dead in Cork house

The body of a woman has been discovered in a house in Cork.

Gardaí said the woman, aged in her 40s, was found dead at about 9.30pm last night.

The scene, at Clifden Terrace, Summer Hill North, has been sealed of and the State Pathologist has been notified.

The body remains at scene.

Gardaí are investigating.
