Further arrest in case of drive-by shooting of 16-year-old

Gardaí at Crumlin garda station investigating the drive-by shooting of a 16-year-old boy on Lismore Road yesterday have arrested a second man in his late 20s this afternoon.

He is detained under Section 30 of the Offences Against The State Act 1939 at Sundrive Road garda station and may be detained for up to 72 hours.

The other 20s male remains in custody.

The teenage victim sustained serious injuries in the attack.
