Man charged with Ballyfermot murder

A man has been charged with the murder of John Wilson in Dublin.

The 35-year-old father of two was shot dead in his home on Cloverhill Road in Ballyfermot on September 28.

Thirty-seven-year-old Keith O'Neill of no fixed abode was charged with Mr Wilson's killing at a sitting of the Dublin District Court this morning.

He has been remanded in custody to appear again before Cloverhill District Court on October 12.

Four other men, arrested on Wednesday in connection with this investigation, remain in garda custody.
