Flooding risk in east and north

Met Eireann has issued a flood warning, saying further rain will see a risk of local flooding, especially in the east and north.

It expects winds to pick up today and tonight with gales in places and some severe gusts.

There is also a warning of strong gales, between north-west and north-east in direction, on all Irish coastal waters and on the Irish Sea.
