French magazine hands over topless pictures to Duchess

It has been reported that the French edition of Closer has handed over topless pictures of the Duchess of Cambridge to William and Kate's representatives.

A court demanded the magazine give up all forms of the photos yesterday.

A Swedish magazine's become the latest to re-publish the images.
