Large garda presence at Alan Ryan funeral

The funeral has taken place in Dublin of murder victim Alan Ryan.

Ryan - known by detectives for his links with the Real IRA - died in Beaumont Hospital after he was shot on Grange Lodge Avenue in Clongriffin on Monday afternoon.

There was a large garda presence at this morning's funeral.

A man in his 40s, who was arrested yesterday in connection with the murder, is still being questioned by gardaí.
