Man injured in Dublin stabbing; woman held

A Garda investigation is underway after a man was stabbed in Dublin last night.

The alarm was raised at 11.40pm after a man in his 40s was wounded at a house in Balbriggan.

He is said to be in a stable condition in hospital.

A woman in her mid-30s was arrested for questioning in relation to the incident,. She is being detained at Coolock garda station.
